For the extra $11 I would expect to be blown away by the taste.
That would be the Burrito Estropeado.

Pancheros meat taste like they soaked it in toilet water. I like real meat in my burritos. Also, Panchero's does not have a hot salsa that comes even remotely close to Chipotle's.
I don't give a crap about their campaign. All I know is that when I eat Chipotle's meat and eat Panchero's meat, I can taste the difference and it is not even close. Panchero's taste like dog food.
(1) I very rarely get a tortilla, so doesn't matter.
(2) After it is in the bowl, I take a fork and mix it up. It is hard work.
(3) Queso - spanish for cheese. I have cheese in my burrito. (OK, I give you this one.)
Here are reasons why it is not better:
(1) I like meat in my burrito bowl. Panchero's meat taste like crap. Chipotle's don't.
(2) My son wants hard shell tacos. Panchero's does not have them.
(3) Panchero's does not have a hot salsa even close to the quality of Chipotle. Hot salsa is a requirement in everything I eat.
I gave Panchero's two tries. It was awful. It was disgusting. Even if there were no other burrito places, I would still not eat there.

So outside of chipolte, you have some really odd eating patterns.
I've never once in my life gotten a burrito bowl at Pancheros, because the tortilla is just that good. Fresh food made right in front of you is always way better than food out of a plastic bag made in a factory and shipped on a semi truck. Your response to (2) also doesn't work in the burrito context. So we are talking over each other as I have no experience with burrito bowls and don't plan to start now.
I also don't eat hot salsa or hard shelled tacos, so I don't care about your last two points. Similarly to your recognition of Pancheros demolishing Chipotle in the queso department, I will concede that the meat at Chipotle is of a marginally higher quality.
A burrito bowl is the worst thing ever.
Will someone please just open a burrito place in the Waukee area, all these strip malls and nothing
Any chain, I don't care at this point, I'll settle for Qdoba if that's what it takes
My son gets the same thing every time. When I went there yesterday, I was standing in line and they went ahead and made my his tacos before I got to the counter. I just have to tell them the usual for him.
For me, they recommended mixing the hot salsa with sour cream for me to dip my quesadilla in. It was really good.
Most of the time I get:
Burrito Bowl with White Rice, Both Beans, Chicken (sometimes Chicken and Carnitas), Hot Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese and Lettuce. My biggest complaint is their bowl isn't big enough and I make a mess eating it.
I just don't prefer to eat dog food dipped in toilet water.
Yes! Juanitas is so good. Their burritos are stuffed with delicious steak and cheese and goodness. They have really good tacos too. And the pineapple drink... heaven. I've only been to the one in Storm Lake but rumor is that the Sioux City one is even better.Chipotle is bland and overpriced. Pancheros is for fatties who think a burrito needs a bunch of liquid cheese. For chains, Moe's is where it's at.
La Juanitas in Sioux City/Storm Lake is rad. About the only worthwhile thing to eat in the cesspool known as NW Iowa.
El Burrito Mercado is better than anything, though.
+1.
I enjoy Chipotle, and I don't care who knows it.
It's just a burrito, not a major life event.
