That’s a silly reason. I have seen great players all playing for the same school. It has nothing to do with CMC loving Brock, infact if I played at a School and loved, then I would want my brothers to play for that same school because people are familiar with me and I would also offer my little brother hints on how to succeed. Something like the Lazards.
Guy on couch opining on a player's "silly" reason for not wanting to go to a school. You lost the internet.

No your armchair analysis is what I labeled silly. I labeled your reasoning as “Silly” NOT Chubba’s decision to go play for Nebby. CMC loving Brock shouldn’t stop a kid brother to play for him. You and I don’t know why the kid chose Nebraska, so your reasoning flawed and silly. Maybe Nebraska fits the style of play and ISU doesn’t.

Being terrible is a play style now?

You were originally replying to me. My only point was that IF Chubba had indicated to anyone that he was interested in Iowa State, there's no way Campbell wouldn't have recruited him a bit. Because Campbell never recruited Chubba, it is obvious that Chubba did not want to come to Iowa State. I'm guessing because he didn't want to live in Brock's shadow.

Depends on your interpretation of my context in “style”. While English is not my first language, common sense would suggest maybe running the ball a lot which, with my little knowledge of football and watching Nebraska play, I would think they run the ball a lot? I think that’s a style. Terrible? Nah. Run the ball a lot instead of throwing, sounds more like style of play.

I never commented about his decision to play for Nebby.
I can say, with all honesty, that I don't know WTF you are talking about.

Dad and two of the brothers went to Ole Miss. Not the comparison you seek

Had Peyton went to Ole Miss things may have played out differently with Eli. Tough to directly follow your record setting brother at the same position. Cooper went to Ole Miss as a WR, but not sure he even played. Zero shoes to fill.

No idea how good he ends up being never felt like he got a fair shot at FSU but from watching the high school film he was a faster stronger arm version of his brother. Obviously Brock showed other intangibles at a higher level we dont know if Chubba has yet.

Can you imagine if our basketball starting 5 was:

PG: Purdy
SG: Xavier Hutchison
SF: TJ Tampa
PF: Will Mcdonald
Stretch 5: Enyi

Would they even lose a game?

They would be tough on the intramural courts.
