I think ******** out everything in my body would be a great feeling. But I've never had to do this sort of thing, so I could be wrong.

The process to get there is not so much fun as when a day/things have passed for sure. That said, it is not something you want to do unless there is a need.

Mine consisted of an I've, passing out, and waking up with all good. Worst part was drinking that jug of diarheia. I was supposed to finish the gallon but I was throwing up as much as I was drinking toward the end. Don't get grapefruit!

30min in... it felt like everything I ate the last 10 years was leaving my body.

I should also mention that I am not doing the chalky stuff, I'm using a newer thing that only requires 32oz of liquid and tastes like grape
So are you doing half in the evening and half in the morning ? That's how I did it so I got to experience all this twice. It sucked waking up in the morning knowing what was coming up. (or out is a better way to put it)

Yea I don't know why I have to do it all again but I gotta wake up at 4am and drink another concoction.

And it doesn't feel the greatest when all that is coming out now is liquid... like a fire hose

2015, you inspired me to go public myself, even before the Friday Confessions. I'm having my procedure tomorrow morning also. Except I have to drink 64 ounces tonight. Things are just starting to "move."

You identify yourself as a Cleveland fan. Are you cheering against LeBron?

I am hoping Lebron dies a slow painful death after never receiving a ring. Does that answer your question? lol

can both of you atleast see the tv from the bathroom?

Yes I can, I moved a tv from another room and hooked up a splitter so I can watch tv on the couch and if needed watch it in the bathroom as well.

Holy ****...I had one five years ago and just had a couple of small vials to drink. Now they gave me some pills and a gallon jug with white powder in it to fill and drink. I have one on Tuesday. I'll be floating after I drink all this stuff. I hope it's tasty.

Hmmm, grape, you say...sounds much better than the lemony crap I had the last time! Hang in there, it'll all be over soon. You are doing the right thing. Keep drinking plenty of clear fluids. Chicken broth and clear powerade were my choices last time.

Good luck, 2015. Let us know how it goes. I'll be praying for you.

I will! And thank you!

I just drank the stuff again this morning because its a 2-day thing and this morning it tasted like crap and I wanted to throw up. I don't know if it is because I haven't eaten since 7pm wednesday or because its 4 in the morning here or because it actually tastes like that.

That sounds like the stuff I used last fall. It was called Suprep and you only drink like 16 ounces of the stuff each time, then follow up with a bunch of plain water. It tasted horrible and was difficult to chug down but had to have been better than drinking gallons of the stuff.

I'm 35 and had been having several issues which is why I had it done. I had to have an upper GI scope first (a few weeks earlier). Don't remember anything about that procedure. My doctor uses less sedation for the colonoscopy than the upper. I remember towards the end asking for my glasses back so I could watch the screen. It was kind of fascinating.

Sooo I just came back. It was quick and easy, I stayed up the whole time and watched and it was actually incredibly interesting

Bad news is that they found stuff that requires surgery :frown:

Don't sweat it - I had surgery on May 30 for the same thing. It's not fun, I won't lie to you, but it's worth it when you consider what you've avoided.

I'll be thinking good thoughts for you!

Yea, I'm mainly just afraid I can't get back to Iowa State in time depending on the surgery I am doing and its recovery time in relation to when I can get scheduled for it.
