A safety at 5'10 is covering Lazard one on one, and we shouldn't throw that pass? Lazard owned him, as he should. It was an excellent pass, and an excellent decision.

JFC! Is there anyone who actually wants to defend this guy anymore? Anyone? Stormin maybe?

If you have an all conference wide receiver in one on one coverage you throw him the ******* ball every time! This is so ******* stupid the only explanation I can come up with is he is trying to unite the fanbase against himself when he gets the axe because he loves ISU so much.

Even stormin said he should be gone. I think that's pretty much everyone finally. Too bad this year had to be thrown away. Could have been rebuilding this year.

I'm absolutely against firing a coach in-season, but this comment makes me more open to the thought than any of our losses this season.

How can firing Rhoads right now possibly be any more demoralizing for the team than him making statements like this? Unless Mangino holds the same opinion, but I would be surprised (and very sad) if he does.

It will be interesting to see if anybody asks Mangino to comment on Rhoads' statement.

Pretty sure even Stormin has turned against him now.

Normally I wouldn't be for an assistant going rogue and calling out the HC, but it seems justified in this case.

Next he is going to say that our pooch punter made a bad pass on his 1st down throw because he doesn't want Downing to look bad.

As I tweeted, Tech, TCU, and Baylor make that throw all game/every game with great success. We do it with great success, proceed to bench the QB the remainder of the game, and tell him it was a poor decision to throw the ball.

And you wonder why our offense, with nice talent, can't score more than 20 points a game.

Thank you for being candid. It is well-received.

Yep, especially when at least one of the two will likely not be here next year. Kinda makes you want to hear both sides of the story.

Also, +1 on the Heavy Metal avatar.

This x 1000.

I was ready for Waldon to be gone when he was fired. Was ready for Mac to be gone when that happened. I wasn't really angry or ****** off like I am not. I never actually hated either of the guys.
I am really starting to ****in' hate Rhoads.

Story Co.
I've been under the impression for the last few years that our offense struggles mostly due to Rhoads, who clearly knows nothing about offense, having way too much say in what happens offensively. This definitely fuels that suspicion.
