Was responding to a poster that claimed we needed to go vertical more and throw it to Lazard every play. I found the "we need to go vertical more" odd because I thought we went vertical a lot. Thought it was odd when they said it in the call in show as well.So you are saying player execution sucked for three quarters.
Player execution was pretty good until we got into TCU territory. We had success going vertical and then stalled when the field compressed and we couldn't go vertical. Player execution, AS ALWAYS, lacks at different times and from different players.
The QB always gets most of the blame as he is the most visible. I get that. I jts think people miss a lot of other issues out there.
