I think that WRNL's initiative was appropriate and timely but incomplete. It should have included the status of the fugitive as "at large" thus requiring the alert. They could also note that although the fugitive is not known to be armed, there is evidence that his fingers are sticky therefore still dangerous.
I think it would have been entirely appropriate to include a list of all criminal activity perpetrated by Iowa fans as well as everyone involved with the Iowa Football Program over the past 5 years. While this fugitive remains at large and his crimes of "passion" against his fellow hoks aren't of a violent nature it is also important to note that many hok criminals have a violent history. Their recommendations fell short as schools hosting the hoks next season should ban all hok fans from any stadium restrooms as well as any porta-potties in the vicinity of their stadium due to continued sex crimes committed by members of the hok fanbase.
These universities hosting the hoks should also be warning the surrounding community and fans of the potential for sexual assaults, drug dealing, assaults, credit card thefts, and all kinds of other deviant behavior.
