Didn't read all 20 pages, read several of them, but here's my two cents (or probably 1.5 cents). I think CAC needs to stop the coordinated free throw chants, quit holding the signs up and using the same 5 or 6 free throw distractions. I think CAC should still exist to do promotions and games during timeouts, it's a good excuse to get students out on the court and do something fun during the game. I think a lot of times the students in the stands enjoy watching other students compete in the contests. I think CAC still should exist to do game watches, FAC, coordinate road trips to away games, and help when the team makes it to the NCAA tournament to coordinate stuff like that. There's still the option for students to garner points, still get a t-shirt with season ticket purchase, get prizes for showing up. Less structure at the game is what needs to happen. CAC needs to be a smaller group of people, maybe 4-5 instead of 10-15. They don't get preferred seating in the front row anymore, they'll have to get there early like everyone else if they want to save spots for their friends. The less benefits CAC entitles you too the more likely you're going to get people who actually want to benefit students before them. If you're willing to show up 1-3 hours before game time to get a prime spot you can save as many spots as you can with your body (for most people they might be able to hold 2-3 extra seats). It happens at football games so there is no reason you can't do it at basketball games too.
