Probably because other people beat you too it. And I'm done arguing with you for tonight. It's really a pain to have view all of your posts even though I placed you on my ignore list several months ago. I encourage you to share your ideas with the athletic department or with CAC members.

Sorry forgot CAC sympathizers are never wrong and are not to be questioned.

Evidently I lied and will still argue with you tonight. So what does your post mean? I'm really not sure. I gave you a suggestion for how to share your thoughts on Cyclone Alley. How does that make me a sympathizer that shouldn't be questioned?

honestly man lighten up. No one on here is angry. We just miss it in its glory. CA cannot be like GA was and it won't be until the CAC members decide to get the crowd into it.

it just feels like they decided to make the group to give themselves privileges and the only reason it isn't call BallSoHard Alley is because they beat me to it, you know? Look I'm not trying to be that annoying guy on here anymore. Well just have to agree to disagree.

Almost all of my issue with CAC is them saving seats in the front row for their friends. I have personally witnessed it multiple times and it has affected my opinion of their organization immensely.

In the end people will have to realize that CAC is in no way preventing anyone in the crowd from being a good fan.

What are they doing during a game? Do they have a purpose during the game besides the silly CA promotions?

Tell me...when you think of organization, do you think of mass chaos?

It's a student section, it doesn't need any organization or structure, it needs crazy and wild.

Organization does not equal crazy and wild.

If ISU were the U.S. government CAC and CA would be one of the first things to go to save money. It just seems like there's no need for it. *Okay, I've said my two cents on the topic, going to bed.

it's certainly not helping either, just seems like unneeded bureaucracy

What I've been trying to say all along. Guess it wasn't clear, and that's my fault.

its just not needed and its why it might not be around for years to come.

It's by no means necessary, but the idea is to create a better environment for students on game day. I'm not sure if it fully does that, but it certainly doesn't prevent that from happening.

Certainly is a strong word considering those god awful time out or half time dance offs...that's my biggest complaint, if you don't want to get creative then do a three point contest, or put a dollar in a pot for each student that comes to each game till some one makes a foul, a 3, and a half court shot...make a big deal of where the pot is before the kid shoots them.....anything but the f.ucking dance offs.

...and they are also not helping anyone in the crowd be a good fan. The student section would succeed without CA.

You say CA was started because student attendance was bad, right? However, in the last year of McDermotts tenure, student section attendance was by far the worst I have ever seen it. CA obviously did not work there like it was supposed to. Fact: Student attendance is, and always will be, directly related to the product on the court.

So ultimately what we have is an organization that is pretty much worthless, pointless, and a complete waste of time and funding.

You're wrong on the funding part. It's a way for the bastards in the Alumni Center to make money without having to do squat for it. Money is coming in the door for nothing -> Cyclone Alley will continue to exist.

I'm not saying it is an organization that runs in the red. I'm saying that even putting 2 cents towards the organization is a waste of money.
