Devon looked great against East. Doesn't take much because East is terrible. It was 54-0 at half. He made some throws that only a D1 caliber qb could make.

Had the opportunity to watch Devon Moore and his 6-0 Wahawks play 4-2 Cedar Falls last night. Devon certainly looks the part of a D-1 Quarterback. He's 6'4" 210 and just a big strong physical kid. He's a lefty and throws a nice ball with a pretty quick release. He is not a runner.

West throws a ton of screen passes to the sideline to their WR and to their running backs. Moore only threw a handful of passes downfield the entire game and only 1 of those was complete. Every other pass was thrown at or near the LOS. Since I only have a one game sample, I'll assume this is what CF was giving them.

He finished the night 23 of 36 for 244 yards and a touchdown. He also had a QB sneak for a TD.

West defeated Cedar Falls 21-14 and improved to 7-0 on the year.
