I'm not worried or concerned about anything related to MBB as long as TJ is running the show.

No use speculating on the kid given how little information was released.
I honestly thought our recruiting had passed him by. Just glad it wasn't Indrusaitis. Was he on campus yet?

I hope the best for him. In this era I think schools like us should still take a few freshmen each year and hope that one of them pans out.

After the past three years you have people just ignoring how things have gone or are still waiting for the other shoe to drop because they needed layers of interviews and TJ to watch some safety videos before being offered the job.

This and people are holding on for dear life for the days that players come to Ames for 4-5 years and graduate and have tearful speeches on senior day.

Once Xzavion Mitchell and Jamarion Batemon come in and tear sh!t up as true freshman people are going to change their tune on recruiting highschool kids. Not to mention Lipsey and Momcilovic the past two years!

It’s great when a Hs kid works out because that just makes playing the transfer game less strenuous, but really it’s whatever with the way things are now in the nothing is guaranteed world. Tamin may be the last of the frosh-senior one school players we ever have until we get to the contracted players portion of this mess.

Id disagree there. We are never going to sign the top tier, high dollar transfers. However, when we recruit stud freshman and hit on the transfer portal for multi-year players, the lion's share of those NIL dollars are going to player retention. Keep your own happy. Look no further than Momcilovic, Gilbert and Curtis Jones this offseason. You better believe they had options to leave.

Predicted this back during the season. Unless these guys are on Milans level as 18 year olds they'll never play here. Welcome to the new world of college athletics.

Bummer. The Midwest can be a bit of a culture shock to a kid from NYC. Wonder if he ends up back east?
