Well be lucky to ever compete again!
We go 3-0 against some real sh*t teams (one with a sh*t offense worse than ours) and people think we can compete with Bama or something.
This is the reality of this years football team. Deal with it. 7-5 or 6-6 like many predicted.
If starting these threads and bi*ching to get your 3 mins of fame is your way coping then go for it but you shouldn’t of had the expectations you had after those first 3 games.
Kansas is a solid football team. No one was going “we lost to Iowa State, we’re done for!” when Campbell was building this program back up. Give KU some credit. Should we of beat them, yes. But they didn’t make the mistakes we made.
Gonna go back to the premium side now where people are at least rational.

it would be one thing if we went 6-6 and were getting outscored by more talented teams...which, yeah we lost a lot but Oklahoma State proved that Baylor was definitely beatable and we lost to them at home, and we lost to a bad defense in Kansas on the road. Kansas is improved but with even an average OC, we win that game in Lawrence comfortably
At this point I'd take Tom Herman back as OC...idc if he called Ames, Siberia
I came in at expecting 6-6 or 7-5. I'm still there. Offensively I'm pretty worried about this team, OL STILL seems to be an issue. KU D was dog crap until yesterday, that's a red flag.
Tom Herman is a terrible human being. And wouldn’t and shouldn’t be welcomed back in Ames, ever.

All of them are toss ups really. The defense is so good they will keep us in most of them.
He’s just as bad a human as art Briles if you know anything about Tom. This has nothing to do with his arrogance. He’s a pathetic excuse of a human being.

Speaking of mizzou, I watched that game. I had forgotten in the decade + that it's been, that they play in a high school stadium. What a dump!

I've had a change of heart. We're ending this year at 12-2, winning both the Big 12 championship and the Sugar Bowl. Put your life savings on it. Thank you for the Flavor Aid.
This is where I was and where I am.
Now with this offense- the thought of even 5-7 creeps in my head but this team is too talented, albeit you, but talented to not make a bowl.
I'd still lean at 6-6 at this point. Lose to K-State @ home this weekend and I'm probably in the 5-7 boat.

This team will go winless in conference play. This offense has proven it cannot do anything even against sub-par defense. It's put up points against an FCS team and Ohio who is dead last in nearly every statistical defensive category.
