Front page story has him at 235#, seems about right from his picture lean but not thin.
He'll be 250+ by the time he hits campus.

In the Tribune article he mentions that he played at 240 last season. I imagine he dropped the 20 pounds for basketball.

I wouldn't be too concerned about his weight at this point.

With the proper frame, it is pretty easy to put on 40 to 50 pounds on while in a college program. He will be a 300+ lineman.

Honestly, the only thing that I'm concerned about is fending off tOSU. With that frame, he's going to be 260 by the time he shows up in Ames. And he will be pushing 300 after a RS year. Wingspan is awesome and if he keeps half that quickness he's a future draft pick.

When I think about my son, the difference in him from his sophomore year and his senior year was huge. A kid vs. a man. At 6'6" already, he has the frame to be a really big kid by the time he comes to ISU.
