Cake or death?...

Umm, cake, please.

uhh... death? I mean CAKE!

YOU SAID DEATH FIRST!

Also, the entire bit about how the British colonized the world through the cunning use of flags is amazing.

"I claim India in the name of Britain!"
"You can't claim it, we live here!"
"Do you have a flag?"
"There are 500 million of us!"
"No flag, no country. Those are the rules... that I just made up!"

Is it allowed for us to add Michael Floorwax to this thread, as an homage to the Sklars?

For me it would be George Carlin, Mitch Hedberg, and Dave Chappelle. Really surprised to see Robin Williams on here, haven't found that guy funny since.. well, ever.

Oh man, can't believe someone has never laughed at him, but I guess to each their own.

I can't believe nobody mentioned Rodney Dangerfield. Then again, you're all young'uns so I guess it makes sense.

Behind you
Bill Hicks. "Brilliant" doesn't quite capture it. Look around and you'll see plenty of comedians **cough Denis Leary cough** who completely ripped his vibe off and made a career out of it. Hicks died in 94 at the age of 33.

It isn't really a comedian, but it is the old school Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts. All of those comedians from back in the day just crushing famous people. I would have loved to run around with that group of comedians back in the 60's and 70's. Dom DeLuise, Don Rickles, Jonathan Winters, **** Martin, Phyllis Diller, Bob Newhart, George Burns just to name a few.

I also love Jerry Seinfeld's stuff and recently Amy Schumer.

It's tough to beat Louis CK, but I also really like John Mulaney

I have been on a stand-up comedy kick as of late and listening to a bunch of specials on Netflix/YouTube/etc. My favorites are probably Aziz Ansari, John Mulaney, and Gabriel Iglesias. I wish I would have gone to see Iglesias at Stephens last fall. (Let the haters hate.)

Hannibal Buress is also pretty good although hit-or-miss I think.

Did any Mulaney fans watch last night, I thought it was pretty bad but will keep watching to see if it improves.
