Speaking of “stupid”. ^^^
I wonder if I can get a stamp made that says “Typical Clonedude”?
OMG.... you are hilarious!! Where do you come up with this stuff? SO funny!

I agree. Huggins too. Completely idiotic that head coaches of major university teams, who should know better and be held to higher standard than a young athlete they are in charge of, get minor penalties (meaningless 1/10 of one season suspensions of a career that span a total of 60 years - 19 for Self, 41 for Huggins) for major infractions while these athletes could face 1/2 to a full year of suspension of careers that span 4 years for minor infractions. Total BS.Lets hold these athletes to the same level of account as the NCAA holds Bill Self..
Kansas hoops blatantly cheats for 20 years - ncaa snoozes. Iowa baseball player makes bet on nba playoffs: full on throw the book at school sweep. Sounds like the ncaa I’ve come to know and love.Hard saying when we don't know the extent of the allegations. If it's the under age thing, whoop-dee Doo Bazzle.
Fairly positive they are but not sure. I had to sign something as a football student manager so I’m assuming they did tooSo should student trainers also be restricted from gambling on sports? They probably have more info than any athlete has.
I don't know I@ST1 from Adam but if you go back to the "Iowa universities betting scandal" thread, it was originally only about the UofI baseball players. Six posts in and a full two days before Iowa State announced anything about our students being involved he dropped this gem. He seems to have some inside info...Feels like an internet rumor. One person casually suspects it, another takes it as fact or wants to feel like an insider and passes it on. The stuff I hear from my 70 year old father is hilarious. Facebook comment sections should be muted forever.
Hawks aren’t the only ones….
He could be accurate. Just feels like the QB would be the obvious first rumor to fly.I don't know I@ST1 from Adam but if you go back to the "Iowa universities betting scandal" thread, it was originally only about the UofI baseball players. So, since no one is saying it - are you suggesting that Dekkers is wrapped up in the gambling stuff? And you're suspecting a suspension?
It’s probably not a coincidence why we just offered a juco QB…He could be accurate. Just feels like the QB would be the obvious first rumor to fly.

Guessing it's either Dekkers or Becht then.
23 I believe.Would this be a 2023 guy or a 2024 guy? If its a 2024 guy, I doubt it has anything to do with the gambling.
I was a student intern in the athletic department in college and wasn't allowed to even do fantasy football or an NCAA bracket pool if money was involved. So should student trainers also be restricted from gambling on sports? They probably have more info than any athlete has.
Juco transfer 3 for 2 eligibilityWould this be a 2023 guy or a 2024 guy? If its a 2024 guy, I doubt it has anything to do with the gambling.
Sounds like Dekkers was one of them. Placing bets while in the Stark Performance Center isn’t a smart thing to do.Guessing it's either Dekkers or Becht then.
Wow. Now this is pretty specific. Tell us more.Sounds like Dekkers was one of them. Placing bets while in the Stark Performance Center isn’t a smart thing to do.
