Just wanted to drop by and say how excited I am for my alma mater and my cougars to be a part of this great conference and for the opportunity to play Iowa State on a regular basis. I'm hoping to make it up to Utah for our game vs your cyclones in November. If anyone would like me to show you around the area or around campus or would like any recommendations. Let me know. I look forward to welcoming y'all to Provo!
Welcome BYU fan! And welcome BYU to the Big 12. We all need each other in this current climate. Hopefully our new conference will be a strong one; I think it is! And we should have some great games and develop some good rivalries.

The B1G and the SEC, no matter!!

The new one on the strip mall correct? Was there in February they were good like always.
I think the old one was in Clive in a strip mall and the new one in Urbandale is in a strip mall. Then again, I think everything in Clive and Urbandale is in a strip mall and not sure where one city ends and other begins!:p

Welcome! I'm sure you'd have a good time if you ever made the trip to Ames. It's definitely great tailgating and we are a passionate fanbase.

I will say once I saw the view of Provo from the baseball stadium online, was pretty jealous. I'm sure the football stadium is something similar (I did look that up too). My wife and I loved Utah when we got out there a few years ago to the Moab area and SE Utah. Hopefully will make it back sometime to the northern part of the state.

I will say that the kolaches in Texas are awesome, but they’re technically some other kind of Czech delicacy
I’ve tried kolaches twice and found them downright terrible. I could be convinced I just had a bad one but man I think they are bad and make no sense to me.

I thought I knew what one was. I think Mt Vernon used to have Kolache Days?

But I do a search and find this. So I'm lost

It's extremely well done and of course has the South Park edge/raunchiness to it. It was my #1 musical until I saw Hamilton.
I downloaded the soundtrack. If you think open blasphemy is artistic and witty., then it's the play for you

As stated above, that looks like a klobasnek.

For more information, check this out:
If It’s Not Sweet, It’s Not a Kolache—It’s a Klobasnek

The picture at the top shows the difference.

Edit: BTW, I used to make kolaches with my Czech grandma when I was little (just like in the article picture). I don't think she'd ever call a klobasnek a kolache.

As others have said, it's a great musical! Lots of funny stuff, especially if you don't take yourself too seriously.
Oh, I have a strong sense of humor and thick skin. I think its more of a parody from an outside observers prospective though Trey Parker is quite familiar with LDS culture having grown up around LDS and even dated one in high school.

Though the baseball stadium is right across from the football stadium to the south east, its views of the mounts are much more dramatic. The mountains from the seats of the baseball stadium make them seem like more of a gigantic wall that's closer up, while from the football stadium, they seem further away if that makes any sense?
