Sidney. The rodeo is a pretty good time. It's too bad that they couldn't get some better country acts to perform after the show on the main nights. I heard that they used to get some pretty big names.

You couldnt be more right.... They honstly only spend $1000 a night on entertainment on Fri. and Sat. Night....... When you sell 8000 tickets on sat night you would think you could spend a little more then a grand for the show..... Anyways It is still a BIG Time!!!

I grew up on a farm with a Jewell address, a Stanhope phone and went to grade school in Randall.

When you put it like that I grew up on a farm closest to Meyer, with a McIntire address, Stacyville phone number, and in the Riceville school district. However there were 3 elementary schools closer to my home farm than the one I attended. 2 were in Minnesota, and the other was the Stacyville Catholic school in the St. Ansgar school district.

I am glad I escaped over 20 years ago to attend ISU.

I never looked back.

I'm familiar with the area, I love it up there. We own a condo about 30 miles North of Hayward, Wisconsin and we spend around 1 month out of every year up there. We boat around the Apostle Islands on Lake Superior quite a bit and we make trips to the Duluth-Superior area quite a bit.

In fact I'm leaving after class on Friday to snowmobile up there!

The area where your condo is pretty nice.

The town of Superior is pretty much the wild frontier compared to Duluth.

A lot of bars, a lot of drinking, a lot of fighting.
