When I lived in Sioux City my neighbor got hawkeye vanity licence plates that said "SC HAWK" so I had to counter with "SC CY". I'll always be a (state of) Iowa kid so the username has always stuck around for me.

Most people assume I'm a fan of Kyle Farnsworth (the pitcher) or Professor Farnsworth (Futurama), but no.

I needed a throw away username for signing up to a large message board around 2004. At the time I was signing up (heavily intoxicated), most of what I was coming up with was already taken. I was watching an episode of Chappelle's Show where they were mocking the P Didddy "Making the Band" show on MTV so I used a name from the skit. I mistaken Fonzworth Bentley's name as Farnsworth. Have now recycled the username for this forum.

My original online name growing up (mid 90's, middle school, think GeoCities websites) was LILPENNYJR as Penny Hardaway was my favorite player and I was jealous of Lil Penny as he hung with Tyra Banks who was my crush at the time.

I've lived in Omaha for 5 years, and I still have Iowa Plates and an Iowa license :)

I try not to have many usernames because they are so hard to remember them all and their passwords. This is the one I used (and still use) for XBL so I wouldn't forget it. My XBL one has spaces between the words if anyone is looking to add me and get owned. I don't play much anymore but have Advanced Warfare and Halo Remastered or whatever it's called.

I used to be radioactive. with the "." back in about 2000 (pre-CF) in the middle school age for online poker and used that for a lot of things before they started disallowing using "." in usernames for everything.

First thing I could think of - where I live. Wished I'd been more creative but nice every time I accidentally fat finger the logout button.

It was given to me on another forum. Seems to fit my MO. Plus it's my favorite thing to lecture on when discussing thermodynamics.

I don't think that is a good screen name. Seems like eventually it will just fall apart.
