I personally can't put a specific number on it. Last years team had the opportunity to win 2 more games right up until the closing seconds, so over all wins and losses don't tell the whole story. As others have said, I want to see a team who comes out and looks prepared to play. That doesn't mean I expect them to win, it's easy to get out talented in this league, but too many times, our old staff looked lost on what they were trying to do. And even that I have to give a bit of a sway, our old staff was in year 7, you have to cut a guy some breaks for first year on the job.
That being said, we were close to having a few more wins last year. There is still some talent on this team. I think my judgement for this staff will come from how they use that talent to the players abilities as opposed to determining that they have a style of play they are sticking with, no matter what kind of players they have. Adapting to changing conditions didn't seem to be a strong point of the previous staff. It will be interesting to see how Campbell actually coaches a team.
