Dude's in so deep on that one that I can't tell. I started off thinking it was a joke, but I'm not sure anymore.
I don’t know TJ well yet, I do know Tibs. It’s more just physically and mannerisms reminds me of younger TT when he first broke into nba coaching.
Agree on Blum. He is good now and will continue to get better. My first sense that he was pretty good with play by play came last football year when Blum filled in for a football game very nicely for John W. (who might have been ill or something).
From what I read about TJ I know he was going to be a hard worker, attention to detail kind of Coach. so far I am impressed with his interpersonal skills and his work ethic. Here is another thing I like. He is using analytics. Use them or probably get left behind.

Should help with fast breaks. Temptation won't help my diet.
Much like MC first year he preached attitude and effort. That's what this year is. Ability comes later.
No idea how many wins it actually means, but if we continue to play with that type of effort and tenacity, we are gonna drive a ton of teams crazy

We just handled that team. It wasn’t pretty and we didn’t play perfect, but that was a large step in the right direction. Go Cyclones.
Absolutely. This win is actually bigger than some realize. This team gets after it. We may only win 5 or 6 big 12 games this season, but we will bust our ass each game .
TJ isn’t where he is now without his previous stops.
Go back a few years there were plenty of "experts" ragging on Melvin Ejim for having stone hands. Most the folks posting in here never even won a I.M. BB t shirt let alone play at the D1 level.
Haven't watched the game yet, listened to it all on the radio while I was at work and plan on watching while I'm in the car to Minnesota tomorrow.
But man, if it took TJ literally just 2 games to implement his style of ball on both ends, then what the actual **** was Steve doing here for 6 years? I'm really unsure if the sudden turn around is a credit on TJ being really good or just shows exactly how miserable of a coach Prohm was. Maybe a combo of both. I know we lost a good chunk of his roster too but Jackson and Conditt already look way better than they did last March. And not only that, we have people executing plays, high effort on both ends, and a system that our guys seem to have just latched onto. Like holy ****, how on earth have things flipped that quick?

And Iowa State would not be at the level we are without Steve Prohm. Didn’t think Prohm could destroy things so completely to be worse than Ken Trickey.
I'm ready to worship TJ after the improvement we saw tonight. That was so drastic it feels like it was a troll job.
