I posted above that the video the team posted of the selection show had Keshon in it.

I'm guessing what @Clonehomer said is accurate - it's a worse injury than is being let on, and he wants to get right for a possible pro career.
The NBA doesn't draft seniors who average 13 ppg..

If he thinks the draft is more important than this..... wow.
Maybe I shouldn't judge and he has an abdominal tear thats killing him, but if its to "save his body for rehab" woof.

We aren't losing Gilbert and gaining Heise. Heise was already in the rotation. We lost Gilbert and replaced with Kelderman.

Heise in December and even January wasn’t good. I don’t ever recall seeing Heise and Gilbert on top of their game at the same time. It would’ve been nice to have this Heise come off the bench and be the 7th man. But that isn’t going to be the case unfortunately.

Some were actually picking North Carolina!

They’re afraid Dickie V would come kick their ass if they picked UNC to lose. But it was comical to hear them talking about UNC not deserving and then immediately turn to UNC in the sweet sixteen.

Guy led the team in mins (43 mins) in a double overtime game against BYU less than 2 weeks ago, proceeded to tweet about not getting his $, and now suddenly his injury so severe he cant play...okay...To top it off TJ seems downright PISSED. Didnt thank Keshon for everything he has done for the program. Didnt show any kind of empathy for his injury. Just simply announced he would not be available moving forward. No other commentary.

Think what you want.

So are we pretty much the only team in the entire field missing a significant player? That's all they are talking about on ESPN.

Would be pretty par for the course though, best team in 25 years and it's all ruined by an injury.

Every team has injuries. Many teams have guys playing through it when they probably shouldn’t.

I’m sorry, there is almost no way you can convince me it’s only an injury. He is out going forward? The way I hear that, is even if they make the NC in a month he’s not coming back. Unless it’s a torn muscle, I just can’t fathom this.

I don't get it. A senior would play with one arm in the NCAA tournament if they could.

If Cooper Flagg was unable to play in the tournament I am sure all Jon Scheyer would be willing to say is two sentences about it and refuse to make any other comment.

Some of you guys are so naive it is freaking ridiculous.

No, no, Jon Scheyer would say we cant thank Cooper enough for eveything he has meant to the program. We are absolutely heartbroken he won't be on the court with us and the timing of the injury is gut wrenching for not only Cooper but the entire program. On and on and on...

Fred nearly cried up there on the podium at the news of the Niang injury.

JFC then go do some sleuth work.

To think this deeply about all of these things means you must know someone who knows someone in the know so go find out and get back to us.
