Neither of those things were an issue for Bolton.
What is his argument then? I genuinely don't know. I know it's not a sick family member or a coaching change.

His coach at Penn State had a lot of problems. There was even an incident where I believe the coach was suspended because he put his hands on a player. What is his argument then? I genuinely don't know. I know it's not a sick family member or a coaching change.

From what I've read it stems from Chambers getting physical with his player(s).

No it doesn't seem very logical at all.Does it really make sense that Martin's request should be prioritized just because he and the TOE can't get their act together until the 11th hour?
Would someone please start a new thread when we actually know something? I have likely wasted enough time reading through all the speculation on this thread to find out we knew nothing more than when we started
That seems the most likely option.
Others have pointed out, however, that has the problem that if Chambers was doing something abusive (e.g., hostile learning environment, inappropriate touching or sexual harassment, etc.), then there should be lawsuits against him, Penn State should be investigating him, and he should probably be on the road to being fired and disgraced for it.
If what went down was not bad enough to trigger any of those processes, is it really bad enough to engender a waiver? Or is Chambers just a garden-variety *******?
Would that be enough on its own? I guess we will see.
