I'm still shocked that TTU didn't get the last shot off....and in all reality, they weren't even close to getting it off. I was convinced that after our long history of nut kicks that they could have shot it from 85 feet and they would have drained it.

I'm not anti-Prohm or anything like that, but I've been a little critical of the coaching staff this year, and kind of for good reason as we've looked like a monkey violating a football at times. Time for me to eat a little crow though as it seems as if they've got things figured out! Great job by the coaching staff and team for putting things together! Keep this thing rolling!

It is working out well because they won last night. I think last night may have been the toughest game all year to win that the team actually won. At least put in close to even with Kansas. I couldn't watch it because as far as I can tell there is no way to get ESPN3 here. I kept track of what was going on. Those free throws at the end were maddening!

How about that out of bounds play where Young (I think it was him) screened for Thomas to drain a 3? Hoiberg couldn't have drawn up a better play!

What did you think of the late game over-and-back call? Had Morris actually established position in the front court? I never saw a replay that was definitive because the TTU player was blocking the camera.

Our guys need better court awareness in that situation. There is no reason for the "trailer" to be in the backcourt late in the 10 second count. Being siutationally-aware will be so important when we go to Morgantown!

MM never established himself in the front court (shouldn't have been called O&B). It was a bad call, and it wasn't a good play to begin with, AND it almost allowed a game ending basket for TT.

And banked it in....

How many fouls did TT have in the OT versus last five of regulation?

To me our defensive pressure didn't change in either ... but more 'was allowed' in OT.

It was strange watching the last several minutes where Tech would drive to the basket and we'd be called for a foul. They never really showed many replays to see if they were good calls - I assume they were because we were completely gassed at the end of the game.
