Is this another "one and done" Kansas team?

So...I've read a few posts on each page, and other than the first page, it appears I've stumbled upon an alternate forum wherein all the window-lickers are congregating. I'm even struggling to interpret it all, but I'm getting a sense that there's Illinois people fighting with Missouri people about Kansas people or some such nonsense.

Maybe because they have 4 freshman on the court much of the time in their first 10 games ever played in colloge. After the fourth loss, the teams that beat them were all in the Top 11 in the country. 3 of the teams were Top 6 til this week. Two losses were by half court buzzer beaters. They would probably beat all those teams today with ease. A totally different team than a month ago with huge upside potential yet.

Wow this thread has really taken a turn for the worse. Now we have a poster making up stuff about players mothers and the mother that tragically died while the player was in school. Almost all ISU fans are awesome and this site is great but there's a couple that have monster chips on their shoulder and they continue to post on this thread.

Actually this has been answered several times during the last couple years and proving flat out wrong on most points and misleading on others. That's pretty much why nothing has been made out of most of it. But it still gets play from several Mizzou fans and people like you and MadClone. Both Illinois and Mizzou hired very questionable ethical basketball coaches and they are making the most noise. What happened to just pulling for your school? I could find all kinds stuff never proved about Alabama football and rip on them all day just because they're better than my team, but what's the point?

MadClone was saying this exact same stuff 2 years ago and KU went to NC game. Probably said the same stuff in 08. Iowa State has a great coach and is currently in a perfect situation to build something special. Maybe you should spend more of your time enjoying where you're at and where you're capable of going.

At this point they are my pick to win it all and I despise them. Hands down one the top three teams right now.

We'll see how they finish the season. Only thing I wonder about in terms of the NCAAs is that they don't have experience so if they go up a team that is senior led and been there before with success...that is where they could slip up. But at this point, they are nowhere near a one and done.

Like I said, I have lived all over this country. Worst fanbase from my perspective is ku basketball. Arrogant beakers just can't shut-up and hate to hear about the documented and flagrant violations done by their program. Whatever happened to the ticket scandal? Oh yeah, that's right, couple people took the fall and it got swept under the rug. Uh huh. And all that cash money is accounted for. Yep.

But this team has had to work its way through some tough times early and look to be rolling now - who knows,......will be fun to watch

Or maybe it's because Embiid didn't get to play with 7 fouls minimum before Big 12 play started - and that's not counting the 10 minutes every game he gets to ride his opponents piggy-back... (semi)
