NDSU fan first, Cyclones fan second (so 2014 opener was both good and bad). Bison see SDSU every year and often in the playoffs as well....they are a good team year in and year out, but this team won't be near the level of that 2014 NDSU team. Also helping: this ISU team is light years ahead of the 2014 Cyclone team at essentially every position group.
QB Christian is legit dual threat, causes big problems when he gets out of the pocket. The WR and TE they lost were relied on heavily, so it'll be interesting to see how Christian does without having them. They also lost their top RB, two good OL, and their best DL. Also had a young DE go the JUCO route. Their LB's are damn solid, Rozeboom will be all over the field, and their secondary is good.
Lots of inexperience on the OL, and their DL hasn't been good in years. That is where I see ISU overwhelming them. Cyclone DL should just be too good, and our OL should dominate: If we don't get push in the run game against the bunnies, it may be a long year.
