When I saw we had contact with him my first thought was no way we are going to be able to get him. When Michigan entered the picture I thought he gone with the staff connection there.

The only reason why I think Kyle would be better is he has more of an ability to fill in at the 5 which feeds my fetish to see Rock at the 4. Guess I'll have to feed my kink with just my imagination.

I’m so fricking excited for basketball season. It’s been a long time that basketball season excitement overshadowed football season. I’m not trying to downplay the football season. I know CMC will deliver another great season for ISU football but I seriously think ISU basketball will be epic next year.

Part of me is also very hesitant because this could be like 2021 football season.

The hype for Iowa State athletics for the 2024-2025 school year is going to be unlike anything I have seen in my 40 years of existence

This next season will be the toughest/most stressful TJ has had simply because of expectations. Switching from the hunter to the hunted is very challenging.
My hopes are as high as anyone's and I hope for an amazing season!

Living in Cedar Rapids I'm already looking forward to the 30 minute drive to Carver next December. Given the overall apathy towards Iowa's MBB team tickets will be cheap and the crowd will probably be over half State fans. Suck it Fran.
