I feel bad for Lakes that he actually contemplates being in the Big 12 as it's currently structured.

Conference realignment has practically nothing to do with how many games your football team has won the past few years, even if it's an FBS football team. It has zero to do with how well your basketball team has done since Cincy and UConn were hurt more than anyone and KU was almost in trouble.
