No, I was merely pointing out ISU's failures in the Tournament.
In the last 15 years KU has been a 2 seed three times. ISU has been a 2 seed twice. KU got to the Final Four in two of those years (playing above seed) and never had a humiliating loss. ISU got to zero Fonal Fours and lost to a 15 seed.
I respect most of your opinions/posts on here but that makes you look like a pretty pathetic "fan."
There's been enough of them that I simply cannot remember them all. Even worse is regular season titles. Does it make me a bad fan that I cannot rattle of the 57 different seasons where KU won the regular season title as well? Even if I didn't have a generally poor memory they all run together after a while.
KU has been a 4 seed or higher in 23 of the last 25 years. KU is 21-2 (.913) in the First Round over that time period. ISU has been a 4 seed or higher in four of the last 25 years. ISU is 3-1 (.750) in the First Round over that time period.

2005 - lost to #14 Bucknell as a #3 seed
2006 - lost to #13 Bradley as a #4 seed
2010 - lost to #9 UNI as a #1 seed
2011 - lost to #11 VCU as a #1 seed
2014 - lost to #10 Stanford as a #2 seed

This is stupid argument. If you go enough times your going to get upset. That's the nature of the tournament and what makes it great. There's a fine line between all these teams and that's what makes it so competitive. KU has been there a ton so they are going to have a ton of upsets also. If ISU gets to the point that they are a 1 or 2 seed a lot they will have their share of upsets also. Hell, the last time they were a 2 seed they got beat first round. All 4 #1 seeds have made it to the Final Four only once in the history of the tournament. By the way, who won it that year?
I actually love seeing this ******* match between the two schools. Ever since Mizzou left we just don't have that. Thank goodness for Hoiberg, the Big 12 needs him really bad. Especially since Texas always finds a way to **** down their pants. Still not enough to fix this conference. KU will yet again get a seed that is higher than their ability strictly because they play in the Big 12. I would have KU about 3rd or 4th in the ACC right now. This conference is just not good. 2008 was their last NC in basketball and 2005 in football. When the GOR gets a little close to the end this conference is going to be raided so I guess lets enjoy this bickering back and forth for as long as we can.

Yep. Upsets have literally happened to every single team that makes the tourney on a regular basis. Kansas, Duke, Kentucky, Carolina, Arizona, Michigan State, Louisville, Syracuse, Indiana, UCLA. All of them have had some unexpectedly early exits. Honestly, anyone who picks the great Jim Boeheim to go past the Sweet Sixteen is probably holding a losing bracket. The almighty Coach K who ESPN is praising as the greatest thing ever these days? Losses in the first round in two of the last three tourneys. Is Duke suddenly not that great? It happens sometimes. The nice thing is that when a great team like that loses early, you know they are most likely going to get a chance to redeem themselves the very next year. When other teams flame out early they may have missed the only shot they had at a great season for a very long time. Self hasn't gone three seasons in a row without making the Elite Eight yet (better make it this year sucker!) so we rarely have to wait long for another great season.
That'll most likely change this year. You start Jamari Traylor and play Landen Lucas. This team has second round loss written all over them
A five point victory is a blowout? Our victory was better because it was the most recent, it was by more points, and because we now have a 2 guy lead in the conference race.
First big off the bench in 2012 was Kevin Young, who was shagging balls for a women's JUCO team in Cali the year before and the first guard off the bench that year was a multi-year walk on in Conner Teahan. They play for a national title. Did you have UConn winning it all last year in your bracket? I don't assume any win or loss any more. We'll see.
