My guess is between replays and the reports questioning the dumb fines this will be a nice publicity boon for Lazard.

I'm pretty sure they go to the NFL foundation which pays for a lot of things for former players that the NFL should already be paying.

Live camera caught an amazing angle that wasn't shown on the replay. Shouldn't be a fine unless he was taunting the cameraman.
