They mean more to teams on the bubble obviously but Kansas hasn't been on the bubble needing a solid tourney run to get into the ncaa field in a long time so I don't consider them to be much value to Kansas. Just extra chances to get hurt or worn out.
WE DON'T CARE ABOUT KANSAS' HOPES AND DREAMS!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm a little impressed at tucos ability to turn literally every thread into something Kansas. It can't be easy.

Hey friends, remember this winter when many cf'ers were telling me twocoach wasn't a troll? It's ok, everyone makes mistakes and you're still great people.

Keep it classy?

You have 2,100 posts on our board since January. If you take out the posts with backhanded compliments, snarky digs at our team/fans/players, or posts bragging about KU's historical accomplishments, you would have 5 posts and you're going to lecture ribs about staying classy?

2100 posts since January, yet he occasionally says "I don't have time to post details/stats to help prove my point." Huh...sure has a lot of time on his hands.

If this truly is Self's belief it would explain his habit of earlier-than-predicted exits from the tournament. I don't care if you're guaranteed a 1 seed, you want to go into the tournament playing your best basketball. I don't think you accomplish that by treating the conference tournament as nothing more than extra chances to get hurt or worn out.

If everyone puts him on ignore its like he's not even here. It's like what my high school health teacher said, if everyone has herpes it's like no one has herpes...

It amazes me that Tuco and Lakes can instigate like they do and not get banned. It seems like 90 percent of arguments from CF'ers come from those two jack wagons, but yet we keep them around. I get that it is entertaining, but it is getting so annoying seeing BS about KU and NDSU.

Tuco has passed lakes as the worst I think.

Worst troll

KU
NDSU
IOWA

it's sad when you're rival is the 3rd most annoying type of troll on this board.

if lakes or tuco were Iowa trolls they'd have been banned before getting to a dozen posts. I actually enjoy Lakes posts because he had such enthusiasm and optimism, and even if they were to beat us it's hard to get that upset at a passionate fcs football fan.

I have him on ignore but people quote him. I'm supposed to listen to some of our own posters pretend he's not a troll then I see a quoted post where he's talking crap to ISU's star player's mom??? Dude needs to crawl out of here.

And ignore the people who always respond to Tuco.

I would bet that the majority of national champions won their conference tournament. So while the championship itself doesn't do much except for teams on the bubble (or maybe other teams it improves seeding) it is an indicator of tournament success.

Correct. KU wins 1 in the big 12 tourney as top seed. Wins 1 in the NCAA at a 2 seed.
