Somebody said that it couldn't be done. But he, with a chuckle, replied:
"I wouldn't be one to say it is so, until I can give it a try."
So he buckled right in with a trace of a grin.
If he had a worry, he hid it.
And he started to sing as he tackled that thing
That couldn't be done, and he did it.

Don't ever, for any reason, do anything to anyone for any reason ever, no matter what, no matter where, or who, or who you are with, or where you are going, or where you've been... ever, for any reason whatsoever.

Not exactly sure.

If I followed this I would never had kids.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems but it'll annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Anyone got any good life mottos they live by or quotes they really like? I like creating my own or having a good one to come back to.

It takes a big dog to weigh a ton, uttered any time someone asks the stupid question, "Whatya know?"

Embrace the suck.

And no, it’s not a TWSS

I'm sure Roman Legionnaires had their own version too...

I usually shorten this quote from Napoleon which I love and use often:

"The most important qualification of a soldier is fortitude under fatigue and privation. Courage is only second; hardship, poverty, and want are the best school for a soldier."

A new one to me anyways......."Adversity is preparation for greatness."

An older one perhaps....."Life is about 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you respond / react."

If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bull****.

Unless you're the lead dog, the view is always the same.

Better to fart and bear the shame than not to fart and bear the pain.

When you’re dead, you don’t know you’re dead. The pain is only felt by others.
The same is true for being stupid.
