Someone was saying the fan could press charges for physical harassment.
How are you so sure. The guy said nothing racist. It had something to do with flopping, and Smart got mad.
Really, it doesn't matter what the guy said. Smart assaulted him. End of story.
True. The other big difference was this time it happened when he was ****** off and embarrased. He couldnt control his anger.
If what is being said that the fan used the N word, Smart can have him charged with hate speech.
I think they took it down. Wow, swift move if that's true. What did it say? Here's the fan

Unfortunate he's tarnishing such an awesome last name.
Fan won't press charges. He clearly said something derogatory, because Smart wouldn't just pick a random fan out to shove. If I had to guess, he called him the N word. And as much as I hate hearing that word used by anyone, I understand why an African-American would get ****** seeing a fat white boy, who would probably own slaves if he could, called him the n-word.
The shove is still unnecessary, big time suspension coming. But if that fan presses charges, Smart/Okie State could go to court with fat boy.
Wut?
