Excellent for everywhere except for the DL.

Unfortunately that is the most immediate need and hasn't been addressed. If they can't stop the run again in 2014 it will be a long year.

I was also noticing from the video that Warren is running behind a pretty solid O line ... maybe we should be looking at some of his linemen!

(BTW -- they sure like that cutback play, don't they?!?)

Jalin Barnett being most notable OU calls dibs :)

Warrens a good, explosive back. Probably was #3 on the OU target board this late (Mixon,Starks,Warren) I love seeing OK Preps kids go FBS, will be a big fan of his outside of one saturday each fall

This could be Lou's next guy he turns into a beast. If he can turn David Fluellen into an NFL player, I can't wait to see what he could turn Michael Warren into.

David Fluellen - Yahoo! Sports

Posted this in the recruiting thread but I can't stop watching these highlights.
2013 SENIOR TD'S & TOP PLAYS

Great speed, ability to make people miss, and vision to recognize the running lanes. Incredible highlight reel.....but being picky, I don't see hardly any highlights actually breaking tackles. Nonetheless, perhaps he is so good (versus the competition I these highlights ) that he did not have to exhibit this ability and he actually has it. Just didn't see it in this highlight reel. Still....would be a huge get. Looks way faster than Mister in my opinion, but Mister has that slower deceptively fast gate. Different backs, but both would look good wearing the cardinal and gold.

I think Nealy will be a junior this year and Standard and Tyler Brown were sitting behind 3 Seniors.

Pierson and Luna constitute "not addressed" to you?

Sure, I'd like another nose tackle for depth beyond Cousin--if Jensen isn't back--but a guy like Outing would be an excellent get for the future, not necessarily next Fall.

Back on topic, I really like Warren's speed and vision. I hope we can land him--and maybe have a bit of an "in" with his '15 offensive linemen teammates.

I've always thought Standard has been under utilized. Granted, I'm not seeing him in practices, but in the spring game he was noticeable. Probably doesn't have the speed of Nealy or Wimberely but he's a slighting bigger and more physical back who runs hard. I've always thought if he was ready he could really give a beneficial change of pace to the offense.

I think it would be funny if Mister wanted to come back to us now and we told him to take a flying leap.
