The sourdough breakfast sandwich at Dunkin is delicious.

I forgot about Gandolfo's "The Crew" Of course it's about 1500 calories about half of that coming from fat

We have made sandwiches at home in the past. But, after adding up the ingredients we saved about $0.10 to $0.20 over the premade Jimmy Dean ones from Sam’s Club. We’ll still make fresh ones at home on the weekends, but we don’t really freeze them anymore.

Have I been sleeping on Dunkin?
Depends on the Dunkin I suppose. The DD in the bottom of the DC Union Station is ok, but rarely great as an example. The standalone buildings elsewhere seem to provide a better experience.

McDonalds Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin is the king. They also have the best breakfast hashbrown.
This is the legacy system of breakfast foods. Come and go will be fads and changing tastes but in the end its some old fat nerd in the basement keeping it all a float.

Testifying
Dunkin's coffee is great when it's done right.

Most of the time it's brewed out of pure revenge and hatred. Burns the nostrils
And thats exactly how I drink it.

Back in the 70's our high school band director would ask us to drive to Dunkin and pick him up a regular coffee because the school coffee was so bad. Other times he would tell us go do whatever you want, just make sure you bring me a coffee when you get back.
Tuesdays were eclair day, a dozen eclairs for a buck. He would always let us take off to get eclairs as long as we brought him a coffee.

Isn't that all McDonalds? Honest question because the only time I eat McDs is when I'm deep into the adult beverages. Painting the town brown could be attributed to either.
Don't forget to ask for extra onions at McD's...I hear they are the sh*ts.
