It’s probably safe to say that if the guy lives there he’s, at minimum, an accomplice. Probably hard to miss someone digging a hole for a body in your own backyard.

I was never questioning the story. I was questioning whether it was a good move to accuse someone of murder/accomplice to murder by name based on rumors. @Scott34 even agreed with me.

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned, but that area had several car thefts a few years ago...cars were literally being rolled right out of the driveways of rural homes/farms.

Police have officially identified that it is him and listed the cause of death as sharp force injuries so a stabbing.
A lot of very telling evidence in a search warrant that KCRG obtained. Basically he went that night to rob his dealer which he had previously done but it sounds like he had been set up. Also after a previous conviction someone involved said that he "should have his tongue cut out so he doesn't rat in prison.

A few more details are starting to come out. Two of the people believed to be in connection with the murder have been charged with other things in federal court. One of them is a HS classmate of mine.
