Not really. You are saying that Melvin and DeAndre are complaining too much when they should be getting back and playing defense.

Prove how that has hurt Iowa State. They have won 22 games and lost six.
I never said any of that, just that they complain a lot and don't always run back on d.

yep. same thing happened to ttech playing k-state last week. a technical foul turned the game. but it's more than that single call in this case. it was the overall demeanor of the two leaders. and perhaps it was just this game. i don't follow iowa state all that much to know. i just found it obviously disconcerting last night, and it clearly contributed to the crowd's passion.

Oh, come on now those two were the only reason we were in the game, everyone else was having an off-night. They were just giving your crappy students a little bit of their crap back at them. The T on Ejim was a very iffy call by the ref.

I love them both as players and wouldn't trade them for anything, but it's silly to think there isn't elements of the game they could improve on. It's also silly to complain about the officiating framework because that's the way it is, if he hasn't been getting fouls and complaining about it the last 100 times hasn't changed just run back on d.
I wish Georges would work on his hook shot range out to half court. It would really help our team out.

sorry that was your experience. be safe.

I had the complete opposite experience. We went down for the game and couldn't have been treated better by K-State fans. We had lunch at Rusty's in Aggieville where we were complemented on our team and fan base in general, and then when we got to Bramlage EVERY fan and staff person we interacted with was very welcoming.

The atmosphere in Bramlage was good. I really like their traditions, and it did get loud a couple times. It was a very poorly officiated game on both ends of the court from my vantage point. But I had to laugh at the irony of seeing a sign in the K-State student section pregame that read "ISU Fans Boo, K-State just wins games." The funny part of that is that for the next 2 hours and 15 minutes, the entire crowd boo'd every call that was made. Oh well, they did win I guess so part of their sign was right.

I would make the return trip down there.

Does your opinion of the game change if say you were in row 12? I don't understand what your seating assignment has to do with anything.

The questions above were asked from my couch.

My observation from my desk. Surly is here to show off his recording (from row 4) of himself and his mates being jackholes during player war ups. The rest of his commentary is just a side show. He is so proud of being a jackhole that he wants everyone to see it.

....what surprised me most was ejim. i thought this truly great college player, with the all-academic credentials, would be above that, but he wasn't.....

Not sure what game you were watching. Ejim was easily the best player on the floor and his production in the game showed that. If you are referencing his 'T', that was the most bogus call I've seen all season.
The commentators during and after the game called out Ejim for the great player he is. "One or two of the best players in the Big 12, if not the country."
If you couldn't see this from the fourth row, move up.

I wonder if Kane and Ejim's emotions have anything to do with the fact they have 2 games left in their regular season careers.

Nice to see so many clone fans talking **** about two guys having 2 of the best seasons in Cyclone history. Get over yourselves.

Yeah, those damn All Big 12 performers and their always expecting of an earned amount of respect...
