Nader was amazing in the KU game.

I thought Nader deserved a thread after the KU game. He played amazing defense, hit key shots, made important rebounds, and didn't get much press. His second half was also about the same as the first half. Abdul is an amazing athlete and obviously in tremendous condition. I think it took tremendous games from several people, but Nader was steady and relentless throughout the whole game. I looked back and saw no such thread and decided to add it.

I think he had some great threes and some great dunks. He got at least one steal, the only issue was he forced a few terrible 2s. I don't think he should do spin around fade aways.

I thought Nader had a better game in the Okla win, he got to the line 12 times.

i get it, but its still frustrating that threads criticizing our players are 200 posts, and the positive praising ones are 17.

nader has really stepped up his game, his effort on D is so much better, and as stated earlier, when he plays well we're tough to beat.

I do agree that he played well in the Oklahoma game. Burton really played great in that second half of the Kansas game. We needed him since McKay was hurting. McKay wasn't himself at all in the first half. The adversity ISU had to go through to get to this win, was surprising. To be able to win without McKay, is really encouraging. It was overall an encouraging game.

He did have a great game. As long as he stays focused on defense and rebounding and doesn't get himself lost on baseline drives on offense, he is a phenomenal player.

About the only things that concern me with Nader are when he gets going to fast on a break or drive and plows into people. If he keeps it geared down just a bit, he doesn't lose control and seems to make the basket and/or draw a foul.

And his clutch 3s as we kick the ball out have been fantastic.

He's been fantastic the last 5 games or so. I'm really pleasantly surprised with his play
