I had my first experience with the new system Monday. I had one ticket for 4 different games to be transferred. In the new emails to me, it was noted that if the recipient accepts the offer, the ticket(s) would be transferred to the recipient's "account."
I let the recipient know she would need to create an account. After all was said and done, she reported back that the process was "slick."
