I am obviously in the minority here but I like the logo as the secondary option.

I am satisfied with a secondary logo we already have. This logo is junk.
Any tornado logo needs to be a version of your avatar.

OP is mistaken, it's actually the Bugles Liberty Bowl.
Autozone bailed at the last minute, the couldn't get Napa or Murrays or Pepboys or Oreilly oor Advance or CarQuest...so Bugles came in to save the sponsorship.

Strategically, great idea that should not have taken this long to come around.

I don't know who to be more upset with, the person responsible for creating the logo, or those responsible for approving it...
Not a fan of change, but I did come around to the I State. Like it now. Won't ever buy a shirt or hat with the new cyclone, just looks cheesy.
Please get rid of that logo. Even on merchandise.
That logo is horrible. I just don't get it. Mine, and many of my friends and family's favorite logo is the original tornado logo. No $300k design firm required. It's already nostalgic. But the Athletc Dept keeps trying to shove this one down our throats. It's borderline assault. We don't want it.
How in the world in 2017 was this done in secrecy and then forced on a fan base and continually forced even after backlash? What are we, the GOP? How about a social media rollout to see if it's a good idea first.
