I can't believe he shot Curtis in the neck!! Why not the shoulder so he wouldn't be able to pull the trigger, and Curtis would have lived! I can't believe he killed Curtis. I guess "he didn't give Jack a choice" and "Jack did the right thing"

Anyone else think it was funny the way Curtis kept looking over at Jack in the car? His eyes were weird, I thougth it was funny.

R.I.P. Curtis Manning

I'll never understand why cowards can't realize this is the off-topic section of the forum and it's open to about any topic.

Maybe its because the front page shows all recent posts and people dont realize that they are coming from this board!? :no6xn:

Forgot some:
Terrorist Traitor tortured (alot of t's there) and killed by Assad - #100,013
4 of Assad's people killed when the house was blown up - #100,014-#100,017
Next Door Neighbor killed by the terrorist kid - #100,018

That is all I can think of............100,018 dead in four hours.....not bad for network tv.

Is Curtis definitely dead? I know he got shot in the neck, but characters have survived worse on the show.

Also, now I'm torn. I got hooked on Heroes, and 24 and Heroes are on at the same time. I don't have TIVO or a DVR so I have a choice to make. Maybe I'll have to find someone with a DVR to record one of them for me.

Heroes will be on nbc.com the day after it airs on tv... or just download the divx version of the intraweb.

What about the people on the bus at the very beginning of Episode 1. Something like 20-30 people on that bus and cars around it.

Body count = 100,343 ?

About the body count, if you watch the you tube vid's i posted for the first 12 min. of next week, they say 12,000 minimum for how many died in the blast. So I don't think it's going to kill near 100,000

I had not seen that, yet. I was basing the number from the oval office when they were talking about initial kill from the blast and then those killed from fallout.............

I suppose we could change the number accordingly.....

If you are counting the terrorist nuke blast in the death count, why not the terrorist attacks on the bus, train, and mall targets? At one point, they summarize how many have died in each of these attacks. Of course, Jack foiled the train attack and limited the death to the terrorist only. However, the Mall had hundreds dead (most children, they say).

I had the episodes from Monday recorded and I just watched them yesterday so I have been staying away from this thread. I can't believe Jack shot Kurtis. I also can't believe the nuke went off. I really thought that would be stopped on the show because that is what happens in shows; the good guys always win.

And who ever was asking about Heroes, I watched the streaming episode available from NBC.com the day after it is shown. There are minimal commercials.

I was thinking last night, at the end of this season they should have Jack go to sleep. It would be kind of funny and give the man some rest after the China deal and now this new day. But who knows I am sure whatever they do will be awesome!
