And, what difference does it make who this coach recruits? Has he shown someone on here that he is capable of winning even when he has talent on the team? Or were WJ, CB, Taylor, and MG not talented, not to mention other former and even current players? I have no confidence that GMac could win in the Big 12 even if he had 3 five-star recruits. What evidence is there that he could? The incredible two-point win over North Dakota State this year in Hilton? This program is a joke. It doesn't matter who he recruits. Sad, but true.

That's my point. Why do people get all huffy over "insider" information when it really doesn't matter.
There are two facts when pertaining to this program, McD won't be fired anytime soon, and we are going to be worse in the 5th year of his tenure than we were in his 1st. No "insider" knowledge is going to change that.

Well, we have this. And we all know that these "insiders" know so much more than any of the rest of us. Is that enough to go on?
I dont know why we are suprised half the fans have left this progam, which is disgusting. I wish Chris took them with him. It sucks that he leaves, but I have been a fan of what it says on the front of the Jersey since I was five, and while losing sucks, I will not abandon this team or this coach, for the sole reason that he is the coach of the school that I am passionate about.

Speakin as the world's biggest fan of ISU MBB, there is absolutely nothing heading in the right direction.
I'm starting a count down to the end of the McDermott era. There are approximately 330 days left until the end of the 2011 Big 12 Tourney. He has to be gone after that. It's a long count down, but that is the only positive thing I can think of other than we should be able to pick our seats in Hilton next year.

I really like the guys coming in, but 2 are freshmen, and freshen aren't going to be dominators.
I actually was just wondering if Mac will be booed on the floor of Hilton next year. Does anyone know if an ISU coach has ever been booed in Hilton?
