Let's not go down this road. The Iowa team I saw last night would have beaten the ND team I saw today. Don't try to make yourself feel better right now by putting down Iowa. Not a good look.

I saw Iowa barely beat Iowa State. Iowa played well last night, but USC isn't very good. Stop sucking Iowa's ****. Not a good look either.

Was it confirmed why JGJ was out?

Wouldn't have made much difference but interesting he was still out.

Wherever I go, there I am.
Iowa is a top 15 team. We aren’t sniffing anywhere close to that. Stop being a homer.
Reading comprehension is clearly not your forte. He wasn't making an Iowa-Iowa State comparison, he was (rightly) challenging the notion that just because Iowa beat USC that Iowa would have defeated Notre Dame. Poor logic and lazy thinking.

Doesn't matter how you measure it. Scoreboard, WL, post season win, rankings, players in the pros - Iowa is better than us and #provedit time and again.

I would love to see a QB challenge next year. I love Purdy, but instinctively, I think Mitchell may just be better as more of a duel threat? I trust CMC, but Mitchell needs to see the field more often....

I think Mitchell is gone after this year. Really absurd to me that we don’t give him a shot on 4th and less than a yard or even just put him in the game to switch things up

Iowa wins games like today. We wet the bed. They win in the margins. We do not. Facts most here hate to hear.

Official word is injury.

And I disagree because he would have made a huge difference. I love Knippel but he was getting abused at tackle. My thought is they should have kept Knipple at guard and let Ramos play tackle. But the coaches did the same thing 2 years ago at Iowa when they though Newell wouldn't be able to handle Iowa's DL.

Factually speaking you're not all that accurate.

ISU got methodically taken today...your Hoks have been in absolute nightmares.

Not sure losing to a top 5 team in their backyard, a team with the now best running back in the NFL, is a good comparison.

And that Tennesse game?

Point is while Iowa's strong fundamentals are usually what makes a difference, they've had some real flops in big bowl games in both Fry and Ferentz eras.

Lol. Not my hawks and those were bad Iowa teams. I’m talking about Iowa this year being superior to our wet the bed team.

Iowa may have been the 'Fake ID' or whatever but 12-0 isn't what bad teams do.
