Down 19 and coming back to take the lead is certainly not folding. No way.....

And then Swanigan rolled over with the ball while laying on the floor, which is supposed to be a travel but they get a TO instead.
They didn't play well for 25 minutes of the game(that's a majority).
I said Matt was the exception in another post.
Agree. We really struggled getting off screens in the first half and played passively on defense for the most part. Gave them a lot of open 3's and they hit a decent number, but certainly not every shot. We just weren't disruptive enough on defense and only Matt had anything resembling a rhythm offensively that first half and it's what doomed us.
It's been a good season. It's been a good 6 years. Thanks seniors. Time to do what we haven't done in a while, which is basically hit the restart button.
I'm sick. These guys were the greatest group of seniors in school history. It shouldn't be over so soon...thinking about never seeing them play again makes me incredibly sad. What a great season. Incredibly proud.
Now a half serious, half joking question:
What would we have looked like with Emmanuel Malou?
Better at the very least. Even if he wasn't that great and was our 6th man it would have helped. BUT, Solo got a lot of experience this year without Malou here that is going to pay off huge in the next 3 years.

Yes...either should have been a travel or a tie-up, as even in slow motion he didn't get the timeout before either of the other two happened.
Maybe you should have said "seniors didn't show up in the first half" then. Monte, Deonte, and Matt all had great games altogether.

That three that roled around the rim and went in when we were up by 1 was a heartbreaker.
Hell of a comeback! A couple mistakes at the end and some luck for Purdue (with the ball bouncing out to Swanigan on that last rebound and the three that rolled in). Loved watching these guys play, wish they had pulled it off!
