Guy at Bring on the cats laid out all the seeding options based on today's results. As we all know, if OU beats KU there is no way we can get 2nd. Period. In one scenario it comes down to OU winning at Tech as the tie breaker. Can't link because on mobile.

I'm starting to think Self would lose on purpose to avoid ISU.

How would he avoid us if we're on the 2/3 line either way?
He'd be avoiding us until the title game with either seed.

Man i really dont want to play osu again this year. Its hard because wvu winning helps our #2 seed but i think id rather have osu as a #6 seed then a #7 and have to play them in the 2nd round. With that said i want another shot at baylor

Not true. If West Virginia wins, we have tiebreaker due to better records vs. sixth-place team(s).

If both WV and OU win (and we win), here are the seeds. Either way we are #2 seed. The only way we won't get #2 seed with a win is if BOTH of them lose.

IF TEXAS WINS:
1. Kansas (13 - 5)
2. Iowa State (12 - 6) Defeated Oklahoma based on record against #6 teams.
3. Oklahoma (12 - 6) Lost to Iowa State based on record against #6 teams.
4. Baylor (11 - 7) Defeated West Virginia based on head-to-head record.
5. West Virginia (11 - 7) Lost to Baylor based on head-to-head record.
6. Oklahoma State (8 - 10) Defeated Texas and Kansas State based on round-robin record.
7. Texas (8 - 10) Defeated Kansas State and lost to Oklahoma State based on round-robin record.
8. Kansas State (8 - 10) Lost to Oklahoma State and Texas based on round-robin record.
9. TCU (4 - 14)
10. Texas Tech (3 - 15)

IF K-STATE WINS:

6. Kansas State (9 - 9)
7. Oklahoma State (8 - 10)
8. Texas (7 - 11)
9. TCU (4 - 14)
10. Texas Tech (3 - 15)

We could get have Texas end up with the 7 seed with a loss to Kansas State.
