Like that Kyle Green has coached numerous guys an UNI with similar frames and athletic profiles to be effective team defenders.

Nothing he's not used to. In fact, I'd argue it's firmly in his comfort zone.

I've been impressed with Milan's effort on D all season. He's always going to be limited there because he's not the fastest guy at a position where there's a lot of fast guys, but he's trying for sure.

There were at least a few times I noticed Milan playing good defense or at least his length was enough to cover for himself which is incredible for a freshman who wasn't supposed to be a great defender vs this opponent.

Milan was. He just needs to pay attention, play hard, and body up on rebounds. He's had issues lapsing and or giving up extended possessions with his poor rebounding fundamentals.

Don't know what it looks like on TV, but it seems incredibly physical in person. The refs are really letting them play. We just have to keep imposing our will on defense.

It looks just as physical on TV. It’s two really physical defenses and refs that are letting them play.
