He committed to Ohio State..

Bahl just committed to Miami (OH). Now with Bahl, Burrow, Boyle and Willis off the table, heard the coaches are thinking they will not take a QB in the 2015 class. Probably a good move considering the 6 QBs on the present roster.

Nerness and Julian Good Jones both have received offers from K-state. Landing those 2 would round out a nice Iowa class with Nelson and Meeker.

Bahl wasn't going to get an offer from ISU, there's several better QBs on the table.

Delira was just here this weekend and Attwood is coming up next weekend. If the coaches were thinking about not taking a QB, why would they want kids to waste their own money on trips from Texas and Florida??

Yes, we have 6 QB's on the roster, but how many of them were recruited by Mangino? He's going to want to bring in his own guy regardless of how many we've already got.

Wasnt Sage Attwood mentioned earlier in this thread? He currently does not have an offer, but you would think a new OC like Mangino would want to bring in his own style of recruit at the most integral position on that side of the ball.

This articvle?

http://iowastate.scout.com/story/1411700-delira-on-point?s=171

Maybe it's just me, but I thought it was odd to see the kid mentioned as "six and a half feet", then see his profile as 6'1".

When Attwood measures in at camps he's 5'11" at best, 175 lbs., and won't be a target once Mangino sees his height and lack of arm strength. He's 6'1" when reporters ask how tall he is. http://recruiting.scout.com/a.z?s=73&p=8&c=1&nid=5470276

Deliro has a better arm, but is very slight. Doesn't have a d1 frame. Neither one of these guys is a "Mangino guy."

Do you really think the coaches give a crap how far these kids travel...please. That's funny.

Strange because it just happens to be a Mangino that is recruiting DeLira. You'd think sonny boy might know what his pops is looking for in a QB, perhaps.

Reesing was 5'11. Just sayin. I think if they had made a decision by now, one of them wouldve been offered already.

Ranked the No. 1 quarterback in the country by Scout.com and No. 1 pro-style quarterback by Rivals.com ... named the top college football recruit out of the state of Washington by MaxPreps ... earned Parade All-America honors following his senior season ... was invited to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl as the starting quarterback for the West team

Agreed though... he's 'bigger' than ISU. I wont be surprised if he does well at Miami.

Max Morris (Dowling Catholic - DE, 6'2, 240) just committed to Northern Illinois. Huge miss for Cyclones...well, all 3 of the in-state schools. He and Mikesell are the best defensive players in the state.
