We complain about Tyrese going to Kansas, but the Kevin McCullar thing must kill TTU fans. Tyrese was here for a year, McCullar has been there for 3, and then bolts for a direct conference rival? Yuck.

Tyrese Hunter going to the ACC doesn't hurt anymore. That wound has scar tissue now..

McCullar going to KU is brutal for Tech.. Would love to see them invade Phog like they did in Austin

Creighton should honestly be on a lot of people's radars to make the Final Four next year.
Their problem last few years has been health. If they stay healthy, the could make a run.
The biggest hold up will be coaching. Greg has never coached in a sweet 16.

I mean they kept him after using the word plantation when talking to his team, without ever having won a weekend NCAA tournament game, so they obviously love the guy.

But If he can’t get over the hump now, you have to wonder what they’re going to think.

They were down a lotta guys and really had KU on the ropes.
Greg's offenses now are a lot better and more fun to watch than ISU days. He learned his lesson.

He built his offense around his kid when he got there and figured out it worked so he kept it. Give the guy credit for always being open to learning.
Seriously, as a UNI fan, has there been anyone else that has done more damage to that program than Mac?

Not a single person ever.

Literally everybody won on the Doug thing except UNI. Literally got Creighton into the Big East which hurt the Valley way more than Wichita and Loyola leaving. Iowa State got PAID to get rid of a coach they didn't want.

UNI would have had 3 freaking years of Dougie and Tuttle playing together and that was in the pre-transfer portal world. Literally zero doubt that UNI would've had at least two second weekends if not a Final Four.

UNI would currently be in the Mountain West with all facilities redone and pretty damn close to self sufficient financially. Literally a university changing series of events.
