Just started this year. The guys got the idea from Miami.

Everyone ripped off Miami with some kind of gimmick. Whatever. To me it's kind of like alternate unis. Probably unnecessary, but it keeps the players engaged so why not?

Yeah, I don't mind it.

However it'd be fun if ISU had a unique tradition.

I think it's great....there are lots of things players do internally to motivate each other, have fun. They can do whatever they want and go with it. KSU does their "family" piece of wood that has meaning to them, etc.

I’m not 100% sure it was him but pretty early he went out on a route after some contact came off the field with his arm limp. Looked like a dislocated shoulder.

He didn't dress for Akron, he came up gimpy in the 2nd half against OU. While limping off, he was pointing towards his groin, like he may have pulled a muscle. He looked in pain and didn't return.
