They stay busy and close things off pretty effectively.

Me first players that didn't really care about winning.
Once he had too many, he lost the team.
You have to want to play defense, and defense requires teamwork,
because you have to always know where your help is, and that you can
trust that it will be there.
In fairness, TJ now may be a far better coach than if TJ had been hired before.
Just enjoy the ride, and especially the effort.
