For those of you who haven't seen him, you will love Talen Horton-Tucker. I find it really hard to believe that Weiskamp is a top 50 recruit and this kid is barely in the top 250. Call me crazy but if given the choice I would take Tucker over Weiskamp. The offers seem to reflect that as well. Great passer and great finisher with either hand. Sign me up.

His game looks just like Teddy Allen's, who we recruited for 2017, but picked WVU.

This is a bit over the top at this point, and with just a highlight reel to go by, but I saw a little Georges Niang and a little Marcus Fizer in his game. Looks like a big powerful kid with good body control and court vision.

I honestly don't know how he keeps falling. He has dominated the AAU circuit this year and pretty much put it on way higher ranked kids. I am not a Hawk Homer, actually hate them, but Wiescamp is really good.

He reminds me of (ISU) junior year Matt Thomas. The kid is really good.

I hate Iowa more than you and I agree.

I don't doubt that but he falls every update

The most recent Rivals update, which was within the last 2 weeks, he moved from #44 to #41.

Scout has him at #60 and ESPN has him at #75, which are dragging his 247 composite down.

Rivals has him ranked #41 and 247 has him ranked #42. You can develop your own conclusion as to what services are more reputable when it comes to recruiting.

THT and Solomon can be long sleeve bros.

I would love to get THT but I'm not going to get my hopes up. Chicago is handler central for recruiting and we don't exactly have a lot of pull in that area. I'd bet he is Illinois bound in 2018.

I watched the highlight video and Horton-Tucker looks like an athletic slashing type who plays a lot around the rim. Anyone know if he has a decent jump shot?

His passing is what really sticks out to me

1. 247
2. Rivals
3. Scout
4. ESPN

I just go off composite these days though, not sure why everyone wouldn't, no one ranking system is better than the composite.
