-- LAST UPDATE July 19th --
CHECK OUT THE LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL AND I HEART MUSIC FESTIVAL IMPACT ON POST #2!
Vegas baby! Sin city, the City of Lost Wages, The Entertainment Capital of the World. However you slice it, Vegas is a tremendous American city with a lot to offer. And Iowa State is playing UNLV for the first time in almost 20 years in Las Vegas. With the events of 2020 behind us, it's shaping up for Cyclone fans to treat this as a mini bowl game at the beginning of the high expectation 2021.
I wanted to make a big guide based on my knowledge and experiences going there. I first went to Vegas in 2015 just after college with some buddies, I spent 18 weeks for work on the Strip during 2016 and 2017, as well as a few conferences a year every year and a couple personal trips a year ever since. I estimate I've been in Vegas about 200 days the last 5 1/2 years. The first time I was there, I thought it was a touch overrated but now that I've learned the ropes, it's one of my favorite American cities.
If anyone wants to add anything based on their experience just reply and tag me where you want it added and I will add it.
I will also try to update this as more info comes out as we get close. This is incomplete as of now but I wanted to get the info out there as much as I could before we got to March.
